Order Processing
- Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation (Monday–Friday, excluding Indonesian public holidays).
- You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been shipped, including tracking information when available.
Shipping Destinations We currently ship to most countries worldwide. Some remote areas or restricted destinations may not be available. Availability is confirmed at checkout.
Estimated Delivery Times Delivery times are estimates and begin after the order has been shipped:
- Southeast Asia: 5–12 business days
- East Asia & Australia/New Zealand: 7–15 business days
- Europe & North America: 10–20 business days
- Rest of the world: 12–25 business days
Please note that delivery times may be affected by customs clearance, local postal services, weather, or peak seasons.
Shipping Costs Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on destination, package weight, and selected shipping method. Free shipping promotions (if any) will be clearly displayed.
Tracking Most orders include tracking. You can track your package using the link provided in the shipping confirmation email.
Customs, Duties & Taxes
- International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or import fees imposed by the destination country.
- These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the product or shipping price.
- We are not responsible for delays caused by customs.
Undeliverable Packages If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, refusal of delivery, or failure to collect, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs and any re-shipping fees.
