Refund and Return Policy – bvelovkv

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, you may request a return or exchange under the following conditions.

Eligibility

  • Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery.
  • Items must be unused, unwashed, with all original tags attached, and in their original packaging.
  • Final sale items, customized products, and intimates (bodysuits) marked as final sale cannot be returned.

How to Request a Return

  1. Email us at admin@bvelovkv.com within 30 days of receiving your order.
  2. Include your order number, reason for return, and clear photos of the item (if applicable).
  3. We will provide a Return Authorization and shipping instructions.

Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or we made an error.
  • We recommend using a tracked shipping method. We are not responsible for items lost during return transit.

Refunds

  • Once we receive and inspect the returned item, refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days to the original payment method.
  • Shipping fees are non-refundable (except in cases of our error or defective items).

Exchanges

  • We are happy to exchange for a different size or color if available. Please contact us first.

Defective or Incorrect Items

  • If you receive a defective or incorrect item, contact us immediately. We will cover return shipping and provide a full refund or replacement.
